- Arrive 15 mins before the start of class or test.
- Late for more than 15 mins for class and test will be considered as absent.
- Proper attire during class or test (All gender: covered shoes, long pants, collared shirt)
- Retain your Booking Reference No.
- The Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone and to make changes to the course's venue, content and instructor.
- SkillsFuture Credit (SFC):
Applicants who pay full course fee or choose not to use SFC during course registration are not allowed to subsequently submit their SFC claims online to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
- Reprint of receipt: Admin fee of $10.70*.
- Request to change course date 2 weeks before course starts, admin fee of $10.70* applies.
- Request to change course date less than 2 weeks before course starts, admin fee of $53.50* (TPDVL) / $26.75* (PDVL) / $10.70* (Refresher) applies.
- Request to change test date, admin fee of $10.70* applies.
- No refund of course fee for notice given less than 2 weeks before course starts.
- No refund of test fee paid.
- An admin fee of $53.50* (TPDVL) / $26.75* (PDVL) / $10.70* (Refresher Course) applies for course cancellation.
